Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for villa clients from purchase through handover.
- Guide clients through design approvals, construction timelines, milestones, and key decisions.
- Address client inquiries by coordinating with internal teams and providing clear, timely feedback.
- Communicate constraints or required decisions in a constructive and solution-oriented manner.
- Attend site visits and walkthroughs when necessary.
- Support a professional and calm resolution of any issues.
- Prepare and deliver monthly construction progress updates to villa clients.
- Collaborate with construction, design, FFE, and procurement teams to ensure accuracy of information.
- Provide reports that are clear, timely, and aligned with project status.
- Monitor outstanding client decisions and follow up as needed.
- Keep clients informed of upcoming steps and key decisions.
- Organize follow‑ups, meeting notes, and client summaries.
- Facilitate smooth communication between internal departments and clients.
- Present the turn‑key villa collection to prospective buyers.
- Conduct villa and site tours, supporting sales discussions and follow‑ups.
- Clearly explain inclusions, pricing, and process details.
- Build long‑term client relationships that foster referrals, repeat purchases, and upgrades.
- Represent the brand with professionalism and strong product knowledge.
Job Requirements
- 3–7 years in client relations, hospitality, luxury real estate, or project coordination.
- Experience collaborating with construction or design teams is beneficial but not essential.
- Exceptional communication and emotional intelligence; able to transform challenges into constructive outcomes.
- Strong client‑facing presence, with confidence in engaging high‑net‑worth clients.
- Highly organized with consistent follow‑through.
- Skilled at coordinating multiple stakeholders to ensure accuracy.
- Calm, solution‑driven, and service‑oriented.
- Proven ability to manage expectations and guide clients through complex processes.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Indonesian is an advantage
- Based in Bali or Lombok
