Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Build, plan, implement, and manage the overall digital marketing strategy.
• Manage and oversee company's digital marketing assets, including website, mobile apps, social media, and other channels.
• Prepare, manage, and measure the digital marketing budget, ROI, and KPIs.
• Forecast digital marketing performance trends and proactively act to increase conversion rates and market share.
• Collaborate with other directors to enhance sales, client satisfaction, and customer retention through cohesive strategies.
• Motivate and train the digital marketing team.
• Stay updated with the latest technology and best practices in digital marketing.
• Monitor competition and provide innovative ideas to stand out.

Job Requirements

• WFO Bandung HQ
• Proven work experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies at a managerial level.
• In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels.
• Strong understanding and experience with marketing tools and best practices.
• Experience with mobile apps.
• Demonstrated success in driving business growth and brand development through digital marketing.
• Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
