Job Responsibilities

• Ensure Full Regulatory Compliance
  Ensure that The Financial Institution operates in strict adherence to the regulations and guidelines set forth by the Financial Services Authority (OJK), Bank Indonesia, and other relevant banking authorities.
• Drive Financial and Operational Performance
  Oversee and ensure the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) including financial performance, asset growth, credit quality, and profitability in alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
• Champion Customer-Centric Service Excellence
  Promote a strong customer service culture, ensuring the delivery of high-quality financial services while upholding the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG).
• Develop and Execute Sustainable Business Strategies
  Formulate and implement long-term business strategies focused on expanding branch networks, increasing third-party fund collection, and strengthening productive lending portfolios.

Job Requirements

• Holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
• Possesses a minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior leadership or executive management position within the financial services sector.
• Holds a Level 1 Director Certification (Sertifikasi Direksi Tingkat 1) — a mandatory regulatory requirement.
• Demonstrates strong leadership, strategic thinking, and sound decision-making abilities, with a proven track record of effective team and organizational management.
• Well-versed in risk management, credit operations, and ensuring compliance with relevant banking regulations and supervisory frameworks.
