About the company

Geekhunter is recruiting on behalf of a client that focuses on a micro-nursery (childcare center) designed for children from birth to age 3.

Job Responsibilities 

• Support the Founder in managing operations and pedagogy at the micro-nursery. Oversee a single group initially (10 weeks–3 years), and guide expansion to additional micro nursery sites. Play a leadership role in staff coordination, curriculum implementation, parent communication, and maintaining the educational vision.
• Act as a pedagogical and technical reference for the team.
• Manage the first micro-nursery and later oversee expansion to the second and third.
• Support the Director in planning, reporting, staff scheduling, and parent relations.
• Provide on-the-job training to educators and interns.
• Ensure the educational project is implemented and adapted to children’s needs.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (S1 PAUD) or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in early childhood settings, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Solid understanding of child development and early learning methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team management and parent engagement.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to operational detail.
• Collaborative mindset and commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.
