Position: Talent Acquisition & Organizational Development Manager

Overview:
We're hiring on behalf of our partner for an experienced HR leader who can strengthen both our talent acquisition strategy and organization structure to support the company’s growth. This role will focus on shaping an efficient workforce design, building strong talent pipelines, and creating sustainable people development initiatives that align with business priorities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or any related discipline (professional HR certification is an advantage).

  • Minimum of 15 years in HR leadership roles, ideally within manufacturing, FMCG, or distribution sectors.

  • Proven track record in recruitment strategy, organizational development, and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to business priorities, with emphasis on critical and niche roles.

  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process — from sourcing and assessment to onboarding — ensuring a smooth and positive candidate journey.

  • Partner closely with functional leaders to attract talent across areas such as Sales, Finance, Operations, Engineering, and Leadership.

  • Build and maintain partnerships with universities, technical institutions, and external networks to support future talent pipelines.

Organizational Development:

  • Review and refine organizational structure to improve operational efficiency and scalability.

  • Standardize job frameworks and clarify role expectations across departments.

  • Identify key talent and create succession plans for pivotal positions.

  • Enhance performance management systems and embed company values into everyday culture.

  • Design learning, career, and development programs that strengthen leadership capability and ensure readiness for business growth.

  • Ensure HR policies and organizational initiatives comply with local labor laws and best practice standards.
