About The Company

Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our partner's client, a digital solution & cloud/data solution provider.

Role Overview

This role focuses on selling IT solutions (software, CRM/ERP, automation, e-health, and data solutions). The candidate must be strong in sales consultancy and communication—able to uncover needs clients didn’t realize they had.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and engage clients across various industries.
  • Lead discovery sessions to understand business processes and identify improvement gaps.
  • Present solutions and design value-driven proposals with support from Presales.
  • Drive full sales cycle and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships and identify upsell opportunities.

Profile Requirements

  • 4–8 years experience selling software/IT solutions/ERP/CRM/SaaS/Data solutions.
  • Strong consultative skills; able to “create needs” and influence decision makers.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling ability.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Hunter mentality with discipline on pipeline and follow-ups.
