Geekhunter is currently hiring on behalf of a client, a retail chain renowned for offering affordable lifestyle and consumer goods.
Job Responsibilities

Oversee all operations functions including store operations, store set-up team and supply chain & warehouse management

Develop retail operational structure and flow for store operations

Oversee project teams in opening new stores and field team in maintaining existing stores

Manage budget for opening new stores and monitor financials performance of existing stores

Lead and upskill area managers and store leaders to achieve higher sales targets and improved store operations

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions

Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety and quality standards across operations
Job Requirements

Proven experience in senior operations management role, preferably in retail

Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire, manage and develop diverse teams

Exceptional strategic planning and execution abilities

Proficient in analyzing data and metrics

Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives
