Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the market expansion strategy for the company
  • Oversee distribution channels, ensuring effective supply chain and logistics operations.
  • Develop and implement product activation initiatives in Horeca (hotels, restaurants, cafés).
  • Strengthen the sales acquisition pipeline, working toward ambitious growth targets.
  • Foster team collaboration by enhancing communication, delegation, and operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with the Graphic Design & Sales teams to synchronize digital marketing and sales efforts.
  • Oversee and support area managers to optimize performance across key locations.

 

Job Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in operations, sales, or business development.
  • Previous experience in premium retail products, particularly those entering the Horeca market, is preferred.
  • Male, highly mobile, with a well-established professional network for business expansion.
  • Strong leadership and delegation skills, ensuring team cohesion and effective execution.
  • Exceptional communication skills to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment, with an adaptable mindset.
  • Results-oriented, with a track record of driving revenue, sales acquisition, and operational excellence.
