Job Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the market expansion strategy for the company
- Oversee distribution channels, ensuring effective supply chain and logistics operations.
- Develop and implement product activation initiatives in Horeca (hotels, restaurants, cafés).
- Strengthen the sales acquisition pipeline, working toward ambitious growth targets.
- Foster team collaboration by enhancing communication, delegation, and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with the Graphic Design & Sales teams to synchronize digital marketing and sales efforts.
- Oversee and support area managers to optimize performance across key locations.
Job Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in operations, sales, or business development.
- Previous experience in premium retail products, particularly those entering the Horeca market, is preferred.
- Male, highly mobile, with a well-established professional network for business expansion.
- Strong leadership and delegation skills, ensuring team cohesion and effective execution.
- Exceptional communication skills to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment, with an adaptable mindset.
- Results-oriented, with a track record of driving revenue, sales acquisition, and operational excellence.
