Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the fit-out, construction and operation of service center.
- Provide service solution planning and design.
- The construction and use of systems and tools, the implementation of the CRM system, and the construction and use of the official website.
- Establish the standard for the operation of each service channel and assume the responsibility for successful promotion.
- VOC treatment and control to ensure service reputation.
- Assist in the management of service spare parts planning and delivery.
Job Requirements
- BA/MA degree in Information Technology or a related discipline with experience in mobile phone/consumer electronic industry.
- Candidates must be able to converse in English.
- Have team spirit, leadership and ability to work across departments.
- Have enterprising spirit and strong executive power.
- Self-initiative, attention to detail.
- Possess sense of urgency and be accountable to task.
- Possess problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
