Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the fit-out, construction and operation of service center.
  • Provide service solution planning and design.
  • The construction and use of systems and tools, the implementation of the CRM system, and the construction and use of the official website.
  • Establish the standard for the operation of each service channel and assume the responsibility for successful promotion.
  • VOC treatment and control to ensure service reputation.
  • Assist in the management of service spare parts planning and delivery.

Job Requirements

  • BA/MA degree in Information Technology or a related discipline with experience in mobile phone/consumer electronic industry.
  • Candidates must be able to converse in English.
  • Have team spirit, leadership and ability to work across departments.
  • Have enterprising spirit and strong executive power.
  • Self-initiative, attention to detail.
  • Possess sense of urgency and be accountable to task.
  • Possess problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
