Scrum Master

Job Description:

  • Ensure the team and IT Head embrace Scrum values like commitment, courage, focus, openness, and respect.
  • Help the team complete documentation for every project.
  • Support the team in delivering sprint tasks they've committed to, considering technical challenges and time constraints.
  • Assist in solving problems and handling escalation during software development.
  • Encourage collaboration within and across teams.
  • Foster a sense of ownership and teamwork within the squad and with stakeholders.
  • Improve how the team uses project monitoring tools to reflect user-delivered value.
  • Oversee development, user acceptance testing, and deployment processes.
  • Track and ensure project budgets are used as planned.
  • Ensure all Scrum events run smoothly.
  • Support the Product Owner in building strategies, tracking progress, and quantifying product value.
  • Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution within the team as needed

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree of Computer Science/Informatics or equivalent
  • Have 5+ years of experience as Scrum Master, or Project Manager with agile/scrum familiarity
  • Mastering in agile or scum methodologies
  • Fluent in English (verbal & written)
  • Have good communication skill
  • Prefer candidate from banking industry (or IT Consultant with banking project)
  • Experienced in handling risk management project is a plus

Additional Requirement:

  • Long of service in each company >= 3 years is preferrable
  • Minimum 2 years long of services in existing company can be proceed
  • Ensure candidate is willing to work WFO in BSD and do not have any concern about location or working arrangement
