Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, an innovative blockchain-based trading platform serving the futures and forex markets.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for driving the sales and marketing of our new B2B CRM service (including acquisition of new corporate/organisational clients, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring service adoption and after-sales support).
- Identify, target and secure new B2B clients for our CRM service (local + international)
- Conduct online meetings/presentations, product demos and negotiations with prospective clients
- Use and maintain client database, research markets & build a pipeline of leads
- Manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting, proposal, closing the sale, through to onboarding and after-sales follow-up
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and renewing/up-selling services
- Actively coordinate with marketing, product and customer-success teams to align messaging, client needs and service delivery
- Keep up-to-date with CRM industry trends, competitors, customer needs and market demands
- Achieve (and report on) monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts and insights to senior management
Job Requirement
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in B2B sales & marketing (preferably in the CRM, SaaS, technology or services industry)
- Fluent in English (preferred)
- Capable of engaging international clients
- Experience presenting, negotiating and closing deals in a B2B context
- Comfortable with online/virtual meetings and remote client engagement
- Existing database/network of corporate clients and ability to leverage it quickly
- Strong communication, interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Good organisational skills, target-driven mindset, self-starter and able to work independently
- After-sales/service orientation is required, will support clients post-sale as well
- Willing to work in Jakarta (or base in Jakarta) and handle predominantly online client engagements
