Job Responsibilities
- The Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving revenue through consultative solution selling. This role focuses on enterprise clients, particularly in the banking and financial services sector, ensuring delivery of high-quality IT software solutions and services.
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise clients (especially Banking/FSI).
- Develop account strategies and growth plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities and lead the end-to-end sales process.
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure solutions meet client expectations.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business plans.
- Represent the company in client meetings, proposals, and presentations
Job Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in IT software sales, business development, or account management.
- Proven experience managing large or strategic accounts, preferably in Banking or FSI.
- Background in enterprise or technology solution companies preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English (verbal & written).
- Fluent in Mandarin is a plus.
- Proficient with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Energetic, result-oriented, detail-focused, and able to work under pressure
