Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a leading provider of premium heavy equipment and engines across Indonesia.
Job Responsibilities
- Inspire and guide the sales team to consistently meet performance targets and drive sustainable business growth.
- Formulate and implement strategic sales initiatives to broaden market presence and enhance customer acquisition and retention.
- Track and analyze sales performance indicators, making timely adjustments to ensure objectives are achieved.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to support long-term business engagement.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and insightful performance reports to senior leadership.
- Facilitate continuous learning by coaching team members and strengthening their product and sales competencies.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Lead negotiations for high-value contracts with major clients, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth operational execution and timely delivery.
- Oversee sales documentation processes to uphold compliance standards and data integrity.
Job Requirements
- Holds a bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline.
- Possesses a minimum of 4 years’ experience in sales, preferably within heavy equipment, automotive, forestry, agriculture, mining, or related sectors.
- Demonstrates flexibility and readiness for placement across various locations in Indonesia.
- Demonstrated success as a proven leader with a practical track record in driving revenue and sales performance.
- Holds a valid Class A driving license.
- Familiarity with Java, Sumatra, Kalimantan, and Sulawesi Area.
