About the company

Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a leading provider of premium heavy equipment and engines across Indonesia.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Address customer concerns by identifying issues, coordinating with relevant technical teams (e.g., technicians, engineers), and providing on-site support during troubleshooting or product delivery. 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients by researching their business needs, conducting site visits, and delivering tailored product presentations.
  • Understand customer requirements and identify opportunities to deliver added value through effective negotiation and execution of the sales process.
  • Manage the end-to-end order process, including receiving purchase orders, issuing invoices, confirming deliveries, and overseeing accounts receivable collections.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Support Manager to secure necessary resources for business opportunities.
  • Collect and document customer insights and feedback to support continuous improvement and service excellence.
  • Clearly communicate the company’s value proposition to ensure alignment with customer expectations.
  • Strategically plan customer engagements by defining call structures, preparing discussion points, and coordinating with internal teams as needed.
  • Inform customers about payment terms, including down payment requirements, and facilitate payment collection when applicable.
  • Lead negotiations to finalize solutions, pricing, and contractual terms that meet both customer needs and company objectives.
  • Prepare accurate customer quotations based on approved pricing, delivery timelines, and agreed-upon solutions.
  • Work closely with Application Engineering to design and propose customized solutions that address specific customer requirements.
  • Engage with customers to define technical and operational needs, and communicate these effectively to internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough opportunity assessments, prioritize leads based on predefined criteria, and collaborate with management to determine pursuit strategies.
  • Evaluate and qualify sales leads using customer data and market insights.
  • Receive and process leads from internal and external sources, ensuring all necessary information is gathered for follow-up.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum education of a Diploma (D3) in any discipline, preferably in Engineering or Sales-related fields
  • Open to both fresh graduates and candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Possesses strong industry knowledge and established networks within the heavy equipment sector.
  • Fully prepared for placement across various regions in Indonesia. 
  • Holds a valid Class A driving license.
