About the company
Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a leading provider of premium heavy equipment and engines across Indonesia.
Job Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities, ensuring comprehensive data collection to support opportunity assessment.
- Engage directly with customers to clarify technical and commercial requirements, and effectively communicate these to the Application Engineering team.
- Collaborate with Application Engineering to design tailored customer solutions and present proposals in a clear and compelling manner.
- Prepare customer quotations based on the agreed solution, incorporating delivery timelines and approved pricing structures.
- Communicate down payment terms to customers and ensure the timely receipt of payments in accordance with company policy.
- Strategically plan customer interactions by defining call structures, preparing discussion materials, and formulating need-analysis questions.
- Continuously gather and update customer information to support solution development and relationship management.
- Manage the end-to-end order process, including receipt of purchase orders, issuance of invoices, delivery confirmation, and accounts receivable follow-up.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Candidates with prior exposure to sales, marketing, or business development are preferred.
- Open to candidates from both heavy equipment and non-heavy equipment industries.
- Native fluency or Mandarin at a minimum of HSK-4 level.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Indonesia (approximately 80% field-based, 20% office-based).
- Possession of a valid SIM A driving license.
