Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a leading provider of premium heavy equipment and engines across Indonesia.

- Leadership experience in coaching teams, addressing performance gaps, and implementing corrective or disciplinary measures when necessary, including oversight of compliance and integrity issues.
- Direct experience in retail sales (not limited to major accounts).
- Superior technical and market knowledge compared to team members, enabling authority, respect, and inspiration.
- Proven success in increasing market share and driving sales growth within the Heavy Equipment industry.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Job Requirements
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any discipline, with verified graduation status through Forlapdikti.
- Experience:
- At least 2 years as a Sales Manager in the Engine industry, or as Branch Manager / Regional Manager / Sales Manager in the Heavy Equipment–Engine sector.
- Direct experience in rental sales of Engine units, such as Gensets (excluding Product Support or Service).
- Prior background in direct selling as a Salesman or Key Account representative.
- Industry Focus: Power Systems (Genset – Retail).
- Well-acquainted with the regional landscape and business environment across Balikpapan, East Kalimantan, and North Kalimantan.
