  • Proven success in increasing market share and driving sales growth within the Heavy Equipment industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Job Requirements

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any discipline, with verified graduation status through Forlapdikti. 
  • Experience:
    • At least 2 years as a Sales Manager in the Engine industry, or as Branch Manager / Regional Manager / Sales Manager in the Heavy Equipment–Engine sector.
    • Direct experience in rental sales of Engine units, such as Gensets (excluding Product Support or Service).
    • Prior background in direct selling as a Salesman or Key Account representative.
  • Industry Focus: Power Systems (Genset – Retail).
    • Well-acquainted with the regional landscape and business environment across Sulawesi, Makassar, Papua, and Maluku.
