Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, an IT solution company under leading, global diversified trading company with a strong presence in the automotive, industrial, and consumer goods sectors with global presence through its many subsidiaries and operating divisions, including over 150 offices and 900 subsidiaries and affiliates worldwide.

Job Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients, understand their needs & requirement, provide solution based on company value
• Building relationship and understand customer condition. Provide as consultative approach
• Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment
• Maintain customer and analyzing customer behaviour

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in any major
• Basic Office, understand IT knowledge, previous work in IT industries and working in Japanese company will be advantage
• Indonesia & English (Japanese will be advantage) proficiency
• Minimum 2-3 years experience with the same role from infra & cloud industry
• Ability to collect , track and analyze large amounts of data
• High motivated, ability to work under pressure and willingness to grow
• Working on pitches, alongside the team, to present solution to the client
