Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a company originally operated as a visual equipment rental provider, supplying LED screens and visual systemsfor concerts, live events, and large-scale productions.
Looking for a hands-on Sales Manager who can lead a small team while maintaining a strong personal sales performance. This role requires a proactive, logical, and execution-driven leader who can control the market, build long-term client relationships, and drive consistent sales results
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a sales team of 1–2 members
- Maintain individual sales targets in addition to team targets
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies and pipelines
- Actively engage the market: event organizers, rental companies, system integrators, production houses
- Convert existing marketing leads into sales
- Build, manage, and expand a database of potential and active clients
- Control and analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
- Position the company as a market leader within its product segment
- Provide regular performance reports and market insights directly to the owner
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales
- Previous experience as Sales Manager or Senior Sales
- Proven track record in individual and team sales targets
- Strong industry network and existing client database
- High initiative, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing and hands-on environment
- Willingness to learn and strong enthusiasm to grow in the industry
