Job Responsibilities

We're looking for B2B Sales Manager with a strong background in the Learning Management System (LMS) sector, focusing on SaaS LMS or corporate training solutions providers. We value candidates with a track record in B2B sales within the human resources management services industry for the Learning and Development department.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a growth-focused business strategy.
  • Identify new markets and customer needs within Learning and Development.
  • Participate in business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Promote our products and services, aligning with client objectives.
  • Enhance sales revenue through financial strategies.
  • Monitor and ensure we meet corporate goals.
  • Prepare sales contracts while adhering to legal guidelines.
  • Maintain sales and financial records.
  • Cultivate long-term client relationships.
  • Mentor and develop sales professionals.

 

Job Requirements

  • 7-10 year of experience in B2B Sales with minimum 2 years of experience in SaaS LMS or corporate training solutions providers and extensive B2B sales in HR Management Services for Learning and Development.
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role.
  • In-depth market knowledge within Learning and Development.
  • Experience in handling high level position client i.e Head, VP, or Director
  • Proficiency in business and sales growth techniques.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Exceptional rapport-building abilities.
  • Enthusiasm for our company's growth potential.
  • Sharp negotiation and networking skills.
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid work setting located in South Jakarta
