Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a Global Technology and IT Services Company that has served more than 1,000 clients worldwide.

Job Responsibilities

• Managing manual testing teams;

• Managing testing project performance, related to a timeline, quality, and resources

• Hiring new members, developing testing resources and training newcomers

• Performing the testing activities, working closely with the customers;

• Identifying areas of improvement to drive the quality of the products

Job Requirements

• Experience in Web/Mobile app testing, at least 4 years exp or more

• Mandatory to have experience in Banking

• Know about the Banking/Finance Domain

• Experience with the Agile development process

• Good knowledge of testing methodology and database skills is required

• Strong experience in estimating test activities and deliverables

• Strong English communication skills
