Visual Merchandising & Planogram Specialist

Geekhunter is currently hiring on behalf of a client, a retail chain renowned for offering affordable lifestyle and consumer goods.

Job Responsibilities 

• Develop and execute innovative and visually appealing in-store displays 

• Maintenance of store planogram as new items are added and removed 

• Collaborate with merchandising team to manage process of displaying items at store opening

• Collaborate with marketing and design team to align displays with promotional campaigns 

• Design small store elements (e.g., point of purchase) 

• Monitor performance of visual merchandising efforts 

• Make data-driven adjustments to displays to improve sales

• Develop company standard displaying and ensure all stores visual merchandising aligns with brand identity

• Creating appealing and eye catching visual displays the lead customer through the entire store.

• Making guideline display by weekly and monthly.

• Creating Planogram Based on up coming product.

• Designing and implementing a creative visual merchandising strategy Supporting & Preparation Opening Store

Job Requirements

• Proficiency in Spaceman or other planogram software

• Proficiency in Photoshop or other graphic design software  

• Collaborative and communicative with team members

• 3+ years of experience in visual merchandising in headquarter, handling multiple stores / brand
