About the company

Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a textile printing company that specializing in high-quality fabric printing and sustainable production processes. 

Job Responsibilities 

• Monitor and manage employee Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with company goals

• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to enhance productivity

• Analyze workforce needs to design career paths for employees.

• Manage the hiring process, ensuring adherence to company SOPs.

• Oversee onboarding programs to support new hires' smooth integration.

• Organize internal meetings to assess team development needs.

• Plan and execute training programs that address skill gaps and promote professional growth.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of experience in HR functions, particularly in performance management, career planning, and recruitment.

• Proficiency in developing HR SOPs and facilitating training sessions.

• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
