Job Responsibilities 

Seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager who is pivotal in driving sales growth, and building and maintaining strong relationships with HR, People & Talent (P&T) teams, and decision-makers across Indonesia’s largest organizations with a deep understanding of HR Tech and fintech solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of hitting and exceeding quotas, with key responsibilities:

  • Understand corporates challenges and present employee benefits (Financial Wellness programs) to address the specific P&T needs like employee productivity, retention issues, and debt-collectors turning at office.

  • Drive end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting to closing deals, with large enterprises, MNCs, and state-owned enterprises.

  • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with HR, People & Talent teams, and senior decision-makers, ensuring alignment with their internal objectives.

  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities and delivering tailored financial wellness solutions.

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and client demands, ensuring Flin’s solutions remain competitive.

  • Work closely with internal teams, including product, marketing, and customer success, to deliver seamless experiences for enterprise clients and its employees.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, pipeline management, and forecasting in CRM tools.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field.

  • At least 7 years in solution selling to HR/P&T teams at large enterprises, MNCs, state-owned enterprises, and govt offices

  • Proven experience in exceeding sales quota targets

  • Deep understanding of personal finance concepts including loans, leverage, and financial risk management

  • Solid communication, presentation (English, and Bahasa) and interpersonal skills with an ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and other CRM tools

  • Good Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the banking and Fintech sector to engage companies

  • Ability to operate in organized chaos and a VUCA (Volatile - Uncertain - Complex - Ambiguous) environment.

  • A strong personality who likes to build things from scratch prioritizes learning, and wants to grow sustainably (not hyper-growth) by assuming significant responsibility
