Job Responsibilities 

• Develop and implement procurement strategies.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost efficiency.
• Monitor procurement expenses and optimise budgets.
• Enforce fraud prevention, compliance, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with finance, general affairs, and business units.
• Build and lead a high-performing procurement team.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of procurement experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong background in procurement within a creative agency, event services, or activation industry.
• Proven experience in building procurement systems, processes, or platforms from the ground up.
• Hands-on experience with strategic sourcing, vendor management, and negotiation of large contracts.
• Experience managing high-scale events, including trade shows, corporate conferences, product launches, and brand activations.
• Strong negotiation skills, ensuring the best pricing and contract terms without compromising quality.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a track record of identifying procurement challenges and implementing effective solutions.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Financial acumen, with experience in budget planning, cost control, and procurement analytics.
• Familiarity with digital procurement tools or ERP systems is a plus.
• A strategic leader, capable of driving procurement transformation and operational efficiency.
• High ethical standards, ensuring transparency, compliance, and fairness in all procurement dealings.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
