About the company

Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a leading pioneer in the integration of cloud-based collaborative platforms for transforming business supply chains.

 

Job Responsibilities

Project Planning:

  • Collaborate with Unilever to define the project’s scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Create a detailed plan outlining timelines, milestones, and resource distribution.
  • Identify potential risks and devise strategies to mitigate them.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Serve as the main liaison for the client, stakeholders, and project-related communications.
  • Work closely with technical leads, trainers, and department heads to ensure training content aligns with business needs.
  • Provide stakeholders with regular updates and progress reports through appropriate committees.

Resource Management:

  • Effectively allocate and oversee resources, including trainers, instructional designers, and vendors.
  • Ensure availability of necessary training materials, tools, and technologies for seamless execution.

Project Execution:

  • Track progress to ensure adherence to the project plan and timely delivery of training sessions.
  • Facilitate or coordinate training sessions, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Address and resolve any issues or challenges encountered during the project lifecycle.

Evaluation and Reporting:

  • Develop methods to evaluate the success and effectiveness of training programs.
  • Analyze feedback and performance data to measure impact against client requirements.
  • Create and deliver post-project reports with lessons learned and recommendations for improvement.
  • Assess the performance of trainers and their teams.

Compliance, Risk Management, and Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure compliance with client standards, organizational policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain high standards for training deliverables.
  • Implement strategies for risk management and resolving potential issues

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management within a corporate or organizational environment.
  • Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated capability to inspire and lead project teams effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to tracking project specifics with precision.
  • Adaptability: Capable of responding to evolving priorities and organizational demands.
