Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, Founded in 1999, the company excels in branding media, partnering with 50+ malls and trade centers. It innovates continuously, expanding across Asia while offering products like billboards, lightboxes, and branding furniture to meet modern standards and advertiser demands.

 

We are seeking a visionary Creative Director to lead the creative strategy and execution for our Out-of-Home (OOH) media campaigns. This role requires a deep understanding of OOH advertising, digital innovation, and brand storytelling to develop high-impact, visually compelling campaigns that engage audiences in public spaces. The Creative Director will collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners to drive the creative vision, ensuring our media solutions are not only visually striking but also strategically effective.

 

Job Responsibilities

  1. Marketing Strategy Planning

    • Develop effective marketing strategies based on market research and industry trends.

    • Create roadmaps to achieve specific ideas or campaigns.

  2. Market & Competitor Analysis

    • Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior and audience preferences.

    • Analyze competitors and identify opportunities and threats within the OOH (Out-Of-Home) Advertising industry.

    • Research and predict market trends and industry changes to develop proactive marketing strategies.

  3. Marketing Campaign Management

    • Develop, manage, and evaluate digital and offline marketing campaigns.

    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of strategies.

  4. Presentation Deck Creation

    • Design engaging and informative presentation decks for client pitching.

    • Develop data visualizations and strong storytelling to enhance the appeal of marketing proposals.

  5. Brand & Positioning Management

    • Develop brand awareness strategies to increase the visibility of MING Promotion.

    • Ensure brand communication aligns with the company's identity and target market.

  6. Evaluation & Reporting

    • Analyze the performance of marketing strategies through KPIs and analytical data.

    • Create regular reports on the effectiveness of implemented strategies and provide recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Marketing, Management, or Communication.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing strategy, specifically in the OOH Advertising or Digital Marketing industry.

  • Strong understanding of marketing trends, market analysis, and consumer behavior.

  • Good communication and presentation skills, and proficient in creating presentation decks.

  • Proficient in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or other similar tools.

  • Creative, innovative, and able to think strategically in facing business challenges.

  • Able to work collaboratively with various teams to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Having execution skills in the creative field is an added advantage (Photoshop, Canva, Capcut, or similar tools).
