About the company

Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a distinguished leader in the Sumatra Area, overseeing diverse business units across the Automotive, Retail, Real Estate, Hospitality, Banking, and food and beverage industries.

Job Responsibilities

• Overseeing and ensuring the achievement of sales targets for each dealer. 
• Managing sales contributions to support the overall main dealer objectives and market share growth.
• Coordinating unit distribution to align with market demands while maintaining an optimal stock ratio in accordance with company policies.
• Facilitating after-sales target achievement through effective coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensuring that all operational activities comply with established company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 
• 3–5 years of experience in sales management, ideally with exposure to the two-wheeler (motorcycle) industry.
• A demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and effectively lead a sales team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities to identify and capitalise on market opportunities.
• Candidates must be open to assignment in Palembang, South Sumatra, and Bengkulu.
