Accounting Manager

Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a leading tire manufacturer in Indonesia. Founded in 1996, the company operates a factory near a mountainside in Citeureup, Bogor, covering 208,000 sqm. They produce a range of high-performance passenger car radial tires, light truck radial tires, and truck and bus conventional tires. With a commitment to safety, innovation, creativity, and customer orientation, the company has successfully exported to over 90 countries and holds numerous certifications, including ECE, DOT, and ISO 9001.

Job Responsibilities

• Act as a finance business partner to the management to support for the decision making.
• Responsible for company budget and forecasting cycle including the long term development planning.
• Responsible for accounting operation process including payment, collection, and general ledger.
• Responsible for company taxation (VAT, withholding tax, transfer pricing documentation).
• Ensure the end to end financial compliance process (IFRS, PSAK, Taxation).
• Manage the relationship with the internal stakeholders, auditors and finance accounting team.
• Preferably have worked in a public company or large private manufacturing company.
• Preferably have Mandarin and English Speaking Skill.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Min 5 years experience in Manufacturing as Accounting Manager
• Preferably have Mandarin
• Mandatory English speaking and writing skill
• Team size-who have handled at least >5 resources
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and management principles
• High level of efficiency and accuracy
• Attention to detail and the ability to analyze large amounts of data.
