About the Company

Geekhunter is hiring for our client, an Indonesian contractor specializing in mechanical, electrical, and HVAC installations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for selling AC filter products and HVAC solutions to various industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will have experience handling B2B clients and be able to provide tailored solutions to meet clients’ technical requirements.
  • Identify and develop sales opportunities for AC filter products and HVAC support systems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across different industry sectors.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals and technical solution presentations.
  • Achieve individual sales targets in line with established KPIs.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular client visits and prepare periodic sales activity reports.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Management, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other relevant fields.
  • Preferably has 2–4 years of experience in technical product sales, HVAC systems, or AC components.
  • Experience handling clients in sectors such as pharmaceutical or medical industries, hospitals or healthcare facilities, and power plants (especially geothermal) is an added advantage.
  • Understanding of AC systems and components such as filters, ducting, and indoor/outdoor units is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Owns a private vehicle and has a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C is a plus).
  • Willing to travel for business trips and on-site client visits.
