Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall planning of retail store construction in Indonesia, sort out the retail sandbox system, follow up the operation of KA and dealer stores, and formulate and implement store planning and construction plans.
• Lead the construction of store display zone and display counters, ensure the completion of construction tasks for channels such as DC and DZ within the specified time, and guarantee the timeliness of project implementation.
• Coordinate store location optimization, strive for better store location resources for the Honor brand through data analysis and on-site research, and improve brand exposure and customer flow conversion.
• Pay attention to the sales performance of store display zone and display counters, formulate and promote improvement strategies for low-selling stores, and drive the growth of sales performance.

Job Requirements

• Have experience in retail store construction or channel management, and those familiar with the local retail market in Indonesia are preferred.
• Possess strong project management capabilities, able to efficiently promote the progress of store construction and ensure the timely completion of tasks.
• Have good communication and coordination skills, able to effectively collaborate with KA customers, dealers and internal teams to strive for high-quality resources.
• High data sensitivity, able to identify problems through sales data, formulate targeted improvement plans, and promote performance improvement.
• Have certain market insight and planning capabilities, able to formulate reasonable store construction plans in combination with brand development needs.
