Job Responsibilities

• Backend Development & Integration
  Execute PHP-based development projects aligned with organisational objectives, integrating WHMCS and WordPress to strengthen platform functionality and interoperability. 
• Team Productivity Enhancement
  Contribute to a 35–50% uplift in team output through individual excellence and collaborative engagement in development cycles.
• Custom API Solutions
  Leverage WHMCS APIs to deliver tailored backend enhancements, with measurable impact on system capabilities within the initial three months.
• Code Quality & Security
  Maintain high standards for clean, secure, and adaptable code that aligns with evolving architectural frameworks.
• Project Leadership & Collaboration
  Lead and support backend-focused initiatives that promote operational efficiency and seamless system performance.

Job Requirements

• PHP Expertise
  Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in PHP development, with proficiency in Laravel or Symfony and a readiness to work with vanilla PHP where required. 
• WHMCS & WordPress Proficiency
  At least 2 years of experience navigating WHMCS and WordPress environments, demonstrating agility and a commitment to continuous technical growth.
• Analytical Problem-Solving
  Proven ability to proactively optimise backend architecture for performance and reliability.
• Collaborative Mindset
  Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on team success, open communication, and mutual support.
