Job Responsibilities

• Backend Development & Optimization
  Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET (C#), ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability. 
• Microservices Architecture
  Architect and implement secure, resilient microservices that support dynamic business needs and future growth.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  Partner effectively with front-end engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver integrated solutions.
• Code Quality & Best Practices
  Produce clean, well-documented, and thoroughly tested code that adheres to contemporary development standards.
• System Refactoring
  Enhance existing components to improve maintainability, performance, and long-term scalability.
• DevOps & CI/CD Participation
  Contribute to DevOps initiatives, optimizing continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
• Production Support & Reliability
  Address production-level issues and proactively improve system observability and operational stability.

Job Requirements

• Educational Background
  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Professional Experience
  Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with .NET Core / .NET 8+, with deep proficiency in C#, RESTful APIs, and microservice architecture.
• Database Expertise
  Skilled in SQL Server, Entity Framework Core, and NoSQL technologies such as MongoDB or Redis.
• Containerization & Deployment
  Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for containerised application management.
• Development Tools & Methodologies
  Experience with unit testing, Git version control, and CI/CD tools, with a strong foundation in object-oriented programming, clean architecture, and design patterns.
• Communication Skills
  Proficient in English (written and spoken) to support technical collaboration with the Turkish development team.
