Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a globally recognised software development partner active in more than 20 countries.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of developers, fostering effective collaboration and ensuring the delivery of robust, high-quality solutions. 
• Architect, build, and maintain full-stack applications with a focus on PHP (CodeIgniter/Laravel) and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Oversee system architecture decisions, promoting best practices in scalability, performance optimization, and security.
• Partner with cross-functional teams—including project managers, designers, and QA—to drive successful project outcomes.
• Conduct code reviews and technical assessments, offering constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Administer version control systems, deployment workflows, and containerization environments (e.g., Docker).
• Implement and uphold strong application security and data protection standards.
• Monitor emerging technologies and recommend enhancements to streamline development processes and elevate product quality.

Job Requirements

• Proven track record in leading technical or software development teams, with a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset. 
• Hands-on experience across web, desktop, and mobile platforms, with active contribution to a minimum of seven completed projects.
• Deep understanding of both front-end and back-end development, especially with: PHP frameworks (CodeIgniter, Laravel) and JavaScript (client-side and server-side)
• Solid grasp of secure coding practices and data protection principles.
• Practical experience with containerization tools, particularly Docker.
• Skilled in API integration, database management, and performance tuning.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities, with the ability to communicate effectively across teams.
• Comfortable navigating fast-paced environments and solving complex technical challenges.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Flutter for mobile development is a plus.
