About the company

Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a leading Indonesian manufacturing company specializing in the production and distribution of paint and coating products for decorative, industrial, automotive, and protective applications.

Job Responsibilities

  • The HR Training & Development Supervisor is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating corporate training programs, particularly for management and supervisory-level employees. This role works closely with expatriates and management and reports directly to the HR Manager.
  • Develop and implement training and development programs for management staff and supervisors
  • Conduct training needs analysis and prepare annual training plans
  • Coordinate and facilitate corporate, leadership, and management training
  • Support management meetings and training sessions involving expatriates
  • Prepare training reports, evaluations, and documentation for the HR Manager
  • Manage internal and external trainers, vendors, and training providers
  • Monitor training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related fields
  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in HR Training & Development
  • Experience at Supervisor (SPV) level is preferred
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); daily communication with expatriates
  • Background in a manufacturing company is highly preferred
  • Strong presentation, communication, and coordination skills
  • Maximum age: 35 years
