Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a company pioneering in the aquaculture industry.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives and sales targets. 
  • Articulate the company’s value proposition into clear, compelling messaging tailored to diverse customer segments.
  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies for products and services across the full value chain.
  • Partner closely with the Sales team to understand customer needs, pipeline dynamics, and revenue priorities. 
  • Design marketing initiatives that drive lead generation, conversion, and long-term customer retention.
  • Align campaign goals, timelines, and KPIs with sales performance metrics to ensure measurable impact.
  • Provide sales enablement tools—including pitch decks, product narratives, case studies, and value propositions—to strengthen commercial outcomes.
  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, events, and partnerships. 
  • Track and evaluate campaign performance using KPIs such as lead generation, conversion rates, CAC, and ROI.
  • Continuously refine strategies based on performance insights, customer feedback, and market trends.
  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer segmentation to inform strategy. 
  • Identify emerging opportunities and trends within aquaculture, seafood, and agri-based industries.
  • Capture customer insights to enhance product positioning and strengthen sales effectiveness
  • Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Commercial teams to ensure consistent messaging and seamless execution. 
  • Contribute to employer branding and corporate branding initiatives as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 
  • 5–7+ years of experience in marketing strategy, ideally within B2B, FMCG, agri-business, or technology-driven industries.
  • Demonstrated success working alongside Sales or Commercial teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Proven ability to design strategic marketing plans and translate them into actionable execution.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnel management and customer journey mapping.
  • Analytical mindset with expertise in marketing metrics, dashboards, and performance optimization.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with experience managing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms is advantageous.
  • Industry experience in aquaculture, agriculture, seafood, or supply chain operations is a significant asset.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented approach.
  • Preferably based around Central Java.
