About the company

Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a company specialising in mobile value-added services (VAS) technology.

Job Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison with telecom operators and partners in the Telco and Value-Added Services (VAS) sector. 
• Build and sustain strong client relationships by understanding needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Lead negotiations on business proposals, contracts, and partnership agreements.
• Oversee the procurement and management of reward items for customer programs and promotional campaigns.
• Reconcile campaign and financial data with operators to ensure accuracy and transparency in reporting and payments. 
• Provide regular performance updates and business development reports to management.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities in Telco and VAS, including emerging digital service trends and product innovations. 
• Offer strategic recommendations to management for product development and market expansion.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and market research to support informed decision-making.
• Partner with local and regional teams to ensure effective project implementation.
• Facilitate coordination between operators, vendors, and headquarters.
• Align business initiatives with overall company objectives.
• Manage and support projects in collaboration with local partners. 
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and project guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to drive project success.

Job Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Partnerships, ideally within Telco, VAS, or Digital Services. 
• Strong knowledge of the Telco ecosystem, VAS products, campaign operations, and reconciliation processes.
• Proven track record in managing client relationships, negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to interpret campaign and financial reports effectively.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.
• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in dynamic environments.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
