Job Responsibilities

Financial Leadership:

• Lead all aspects of financial management, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and investor relations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and corporate governance requirements.
• Provide strategic insights to support business expansion and long-term sustainability.

Operational Oversight:

• Implement best practices in resource allocation, cost optimization, and risk management.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives across IT and supply chain functions.

Strategic Partnership:

• Collaborate closely with the CEO and Board of Directors to shape corporate strategy and decision-making.
• Support business development initiatives, including partnerships, mergers, and acquisitions.
• Represent the company to external stakeholders, including investors, regulators, and industry partners.

Talent & Culture:

• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration across all managed functions.
• Mentor and develop high-performing teams to strengthen organizational capabilities.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in senior financial leadership roles within publicly listed companies.
• Strong background in healthcare, medical devices, or related industries preferred.
• Exceptional financial acumen with deep knowledge of corporate governance and compliance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
• Experience in supply chain optimization and digital transformation initiatives.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and regulated industry environment.
