Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop B2B corporate clients, including new business acquisition and existing account maintenance
  • Conduct sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations with Japanese and local clients
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable workspace / furniture / interior solutions
  • Prepare quotations, contracts, and sales documentation
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams such as design, project, and operations to ensure smooth project execution
  • Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
  • Prepare regular sales reports and pipeline updates

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales (mandatory)
  • Proven track record in handling corporate or enterprise clients
  • Japanese language proficiency at minimum JLPT N2 (spoken and written)
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple accounts
  • Results-oriented with strong commercial mindset
  • Willing to coordinate with internal and cross-functional teams
