About the company

Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, an Independent Software Provider offering comprehensive end-to-end solutions tailored for financial businesses. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop new product and service concepts based on market insights.
  • Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Business Unit teams to refine product ideas.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative market research (industry, customer, and competitor analysis).
  • Identify unmet needs, customer pain points, and new business opportunities.
  • Perform market validation activities including interviews, pilot projects, Proof of Concept (PoC), and Minimum Viable Product (MVP) testing.
  • Measure product–market fit prior to commercialization.
  • Develop business cases including feasibility studies, pricing models, and value propositions.
  • Calculate revenue potential, cost structure, and associated risks.
  • Provide go/no-go recommendations to management.
  • Develop product and service roadmaps.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Technology, Finance, and Legal teams.
  • Support product handover to the Sales team after successful validation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships.
  • Experience identifying market needs for product development or partner sourcing is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SaaS products and demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth.
  • Strong ability to analyze complex market data and develop effective strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to close deals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain partnerships.
  • Solid understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in CRM software and business development tools.
  • Results-oriented with a proactive mindset.
  • Strong leadership and cross-team collaboration skills.
  • Adaptable to fast-paced and dynamic environments.
