Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, an Independent Software Provider offering comprehensive end-to-end solutions tailored for financial businesses. 

Job Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise AI strategy into actionable and executable roadmaps.
• Lead AI squads in delivering and scaling AI models that drive operational and financial impact.
• Collaborate with Business Units, Data & Analytics, and Technology teams to embed AI solutions into business workflows.
• Conceptualize and design analytical model frameworks to solve business problems.
• Communicate insights effectively, align stakeholders with AI strategy, and drive execution of the analytics roadmap.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related).
• Proven expertise in AI productization, MLOps, and applied machine learning.
• Demonstrated success leading AI teams delivering measurable ROI and operational efficiency.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience.
• Proven experience formulating data science solutions for business problems.
• Strong ability to communicate with business stakeholders and understand business needs.
• Experience across multiple domains is a plus (Risk Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Fraud Analytics, etc).
• Experience with Model Context Protocol is a plus.
