About the company

Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a leading provider of premium heavy equipment and engines across Indonesia.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth through consultative selling, account management, and advanced negotiation. 
  • Manage the end‑to‑end lead‑to‑cash process: identify and qualify leads, define customer requirements, co‑create solutions with Application Engineering, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, secure purchase orders, issue invoices, confirm delivery, and oversee collections.
  • Conduct structured customer calls, including need‑analysis discussions, information gathering, and validation.
  • Analyze customer operations to articulate compelling value propositions that support revenue, growth, and profitability targets.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Account Managers, Application Engineering, Sales Support, and Sales Administration to ensure accurate proposals and seamless execution.
  • Maintain disciplined sales forecasting, funnel management, and pipeline hygiene.
  • Demonstrate strong customer commitment, ethical conduct, and a results‑oriented mindset.
  • Uphold teamwork, creativity, innovation, and reliable execution in planning, organizing, and problem‑solving.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Technology or related fields. 
  • Preferably from Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Economics, or other majors with strong relevance to technology or B2B solution sales.
  • Minimum 2 years in B2B Sales within the Data Centre, Telecommunications, or Power Generation industry. 
  • Proven ability to manage enterprise accounts, particularly:
    • Data centre providers
    • Data centre contractors/suppliers
    • Data centre consultants
    • Data centre project integrators

Demonstrated success in:

  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Managing end-to-end sales cycles.
  • Building strong relationships with senior-level decision makers (C-Level, IT Directors, Infrastructure Leads).

Domain Expertise

  • In-depth knowledge of data centre business operations, including:
    • Regulatory frameworks
    • Certifications (e.g., Uptime, ISO standards)
    • Infrastructure components (power, cooling, fiber, security, redundancy)
  • Familiarity with data centre networking environments (routing, switching, cross-connect, peering).
  • Ability to translate technical requirements into business value through a consultative selling approach.
