About the company

Geekhunter is recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading global consulting firm’s Indonesian subsidiary.

Job Responsibilities 

• Lead and expand the Manufacturing Business Unit, ensuring strong project delivery, client satisfaction, and team growth.
• Report directly to the Business Unit Lead and align on strategic direction.
• Develop and implement business strategies in line with corporate objectives and market opportunities.
• Take ownership of P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Identify new business opportunities and lead sales efforts, including proposal development.
• Ensure high-quality consulting delivery across engagements such as business process improvement, ERP implementation (e.g., SAP), and digital transformation.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with regional and global teams to share best practices and drive innovation.
• Represent the organization in industry forums, client engagements, and internal leadership meetings.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
• 15–20 years of experience in management consulting or leadership roles within the manufacturing sector.
• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives, particularly in ERP (preferably SAP), supply chain, or operations.
• Strong commercial awareness and deep understanding of manufacturing trends and challenges in Southeast Asia.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Fluent in English; Japanese language skills are a plus.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams within a matrix organizational structure.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
