Job Responsibilities

• Reporting to the commissioners and stakeholders, providing regular updates and key insights regarding the company’s performance and strategic initiatives.
• Overseeing sales and operations teams to achieve set targets, employing strategies to boost revenue and streamline operational efficiency.
• Acting as the company’s representative in stakeholder interactions, maintaining and strengthening relationships with key partners, investors, and regulatory authorities.
• Cultivating a robust corporate culture by fostering a positive, inclusive work environment that encourages innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
• Developing and executing change management strategies, leading the organization through transitions to ensure seamless adoption of new processes and initiatives.
• Establishing corporate objectives and ensuring their successful implementation by aligning departmental strategies and performance indicators with the company’s overarching goals.

Job Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in the telecom infrastructure sector, with a particular focus on satellite operations.
• Proven track record at the senior executive level in Sales, having held positions as Senior Vice President and Director.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple business sectors with agility, adaptability, and strategic oversight.
• Extensive background in B2B2C, B2B, and B2G environments, ensuring effective engagement across diverse markets.
• Broad exposure to marketing, sales, and operations, with a strong emphasis on performance metrics and measurable results.
• Direct responsibility for turnover management and revenue growth, consistently driving sustainable business expansion.
• Highly driven, proactive, and creative leader, recognized for strong leadership qualities and the ability to inspire teams toward organizational goals.
