Job Responsibilities 

Job Summary:

Seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Digital Content & Visual Designer with experience in social media content creation, branding, and minor UI/UX design. In this role, you will play a key part in developing engaging digital content and enhancing brand identity while collaborating closely with the marketing team.

Primary objectives will be to:

  •  Develop visually compelling and strategic content for digital channels, particularly social media.

  • Align content with marketing and business goals to engage the right audience.

  • Ensure strong brand consistency across platforms while introducing fresh creative approaches.

  • Contribute to UI/UX improvements for digital assets (web and mobile) as a minor part of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Visual Strategy:

    • Design and develop engaging digital content for Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

    • Create high-quality visuals, infographics, and short-form videos for social media campaigns.

    • Work with the marketing and content teams to define content strategies that align with brand vision.

    • Ensure all creative assets maintain a consistent brand identity and messaging.

  • Digital and Marketing Design:

    • Develop static and animated marketing materials for social media, website, and email campaigns.

    • Use tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Figma to create visually compelling assets.

    • Adapt designs based on A/B testing and performance metrics to optimize engagement.

  • UI/UX Design (Minor Role):

    • Support the marketing and product teams with UI/UX design for landing pages, digital ads, and email templates.

    • Ensure a user-friendly experience across digital platforms.

    • Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

  • Financial Industry & Audience-Centric Design:

    • Tailor designs to simplify complex financial concepts for target audience.

    • Stay updated on fintech and financial services trends to create relevant content.

    • Use storytelling techniques to make finance-related topics more engaging and accessible.

  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization

    • Track and analyze the performance of creative assets using social media insights and analytics tools.

    • Recommend design optimizations based on audience engagement and feedback.

    • Implement A/B testing to determine what visuals and formats resonate most with the target audience.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Multimedia, UI/UX Design, or a related field.

  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in content creation for social media platforms (Instagram, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn). Previous experience in digital design, preferably in financial services or fintech, and an understanding of personal finance, loans, and financial risk management (good to have). 

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Canva, and Figma.

  • Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles (experience with landing pages, app interfaces, or website layouts is a plus).

  • Understanding of social media algorithms and best practices for Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

  • Strong ability to create engaging visuals that drive marketing performance (CTR, engagement rate).
