Job Description
- New Product Marketing Planning and Execution:
- Design marketing strategies for new product launches, including preorder offer development.
- Plan and implement in-store theme activities (e.g., new product experience sessions, interactive check-in campaigns) and roadshows to enhance product exposure and sales.
- Coordinate with suppliers and store teams to ensure timely delivery of new product materials and promotional items.
- End-to-End Management of Major Promotions
- Develop an annual major promotion marketing calendar based on local Indonesian promotional nodes (e.g., Eid al-Fitr, Christmas).
- Plan theme activities for major promotions (e.g., price discounts, lucky draws, live-stream shopping) and drive O2O traffic to stores.
- Weekend Regular Promotion Operations
- Design weekend fixed promotion activities (e.g., limited-time discounts, exclusive member benefits), formulate activity SOPs, and synchronize with stores for implementation.
- Follow up on on-site activity execution, collect store feedback and consumer data, and optimize the activity experience.
- Gift Selection and Procurement Management
- Complete the selection of promotional gifts (e.g., giveaways, purchase-with-purchase prizes) and supplier price comparison based on marketing objectives and customer preferences.
- Oversee the gift procurement, inventory management, and distribution processes to ensure cost control and alignment with brand positioning.
Job Requirements
- Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Retail Management, or related fields; 1-3 years of marketing experience in the retail industry.
- Skill Requirements:
- Familiarity with local Indonesian consumption habits and promotion cycles, with a localized marketing mindset.
- Proficiency in activity planning, material design (basic PS/design software operation), and data analysis.
- Strong cross-departmental communication skills (coordinating with stores, procurement, and design teams), and ability to adapt to frequent on-site execution.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English.
