Technical Business Analyst
Job Description:
- Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones
- Helping the business stakeholders envision the future and how their work will need to change to support the future
- Defining configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
- Prepares technical reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends
- Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
- Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users.
- Involve in end to end project management
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree of Computer Science/Informatics or equivalent
- Have 4+ years of experience as IT Business Analyst
- Experience in banking industry (if consultant, placement or project in banking industry)
- Have good & active communication skill
- Fluent in English (verbal & written) is a plus
- Have knowledge in technical stuff or programming language
