Job Responsibilities

Leading and supervising export staff, ensuring smooth operational execution
Managing and verifying export-import documentation in alignment with global trade standards
Developing sales strategies and expanding the customer base in China and other Asian markets
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with overseas distributors and partners
Collaborating with marketing teams to drive product visibility in international markets
Providing bilingual support and communication in English and Mandarin
Monitoring regional market dynamics and translating insights into actionable business strategies
Reporting performance metrics and sales forecasts to senior management

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in export sales and marketing, preferably in the nut or snack food industry
A bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business, or a related field is preferred
Demonstrated leadership in managing export teams and processes
Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal
In-depth knowledge of export-import documentation and procedures
Proven ability to navigate and grow business in China and wider Asian markets
Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and trends related to nut-based products
Strategic thinker with effective communication and cross-cultural engagement skills
