Job Responsibilities
- Develop annual regional media buy strategy for product and brand dimensions & work with global and country MKT team for execution of branding media buy investment.
- Make all platform media buy plan for different products (Google Ads、Meta Ads、TikTok Ads、OOH etc.)
- Country-level media buy plan management: assist 11 markets to make appropriate localized plan and set appropriate KPI for them.
- Performance Evaluation:Sufficiency、Efficiency & Effectiveness of MKT by product from 11 markets.
- Synergize with e-commerce team to balance the best effect of consideration aimed media buy & GWV aimed media buy.
Job Requirements
- Experience of more than +3 years in the execution media buy field (including +2 years of digital ads)
- Familiar with digital ads platforms operations (Google Ads、Meta Ads、TikTok Ads etc.)
- Excellent professional level of English communications, Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
- Results-oriented with strong communication and project management skills to cooperate with country MKT team
