The Regional Retail GTM Manager will lead retail go-to-market (GTM) strategies and execution across the APAC Multi-Countries organization. This role covers the entire product lifecycle, ensuring seamless deployment of retail campaigns, POSM (Point of Sales Materials), and retail readiness. The role requires strong coordination across HQ, regional teams, and local markets to deliver impactful product launches and ongoing retail excellence.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee the operation of retail GTM across the product lifecycle.
  • Work closely with internal GTM, marketing, and sales teams to plan and execute retail materials deployment.
  • Align with HQ on all product retail preparations and coordinate with related departments.
  • Develop creative GTM retail plans and initiatives together with partners.
  • Design and implement retail campaigns with a clear understanding of “added value.”
  • Ensure timely POSM planning, production, and deployment throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Manage POSM sourcing, production, and delivery in compliance with company processes and policies.
  • Own the product POSM: prepare planograms and display guidelines, and ensure effective deployment with stakeholders.
  • Conduct costing analysis for events requiring POSM (e.g., dealer roadshows, in-store promotions).
  • Drive local country teams to implement retail plans on schedule and with operational efficiency.
  • Enhance the capabilities of national retail organizations through new product initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in retail, retail GTM, or store operations. Experience in successful store expansion or large-scale retail projects is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong project management, execution, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to manage high-volume POSM operations from sourcing to deployment.
    • Strong sense of responsibility, adaptability, and coordination skills.
    • Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration (product, marketing, sales).
  • Language: Proficiency in both Chinese and English is mandatory.
  • Personality: Results-driven, detail-oriented, and able to handle high-intensity, fast-paced work environments.
